High-ranking visitor in Dongguan

Dongguan, China. To get an impression of HDT in Dongguan Mr. Martin Fleischer, consul general of Germany in Guangzhou, visited HDT end of July. During his visit in particular the versatility of the HDT factory in China caught the attention of the graduated electrical engineer. “Next to basic testers used by electricians for their daily job HDT also manufactures complex instruments which show a high level of development knowhow and a well thought out manufacturing concept”, describes the highest-ranking German officer in South China his impression. What mainly caught his eye here was the new portable appliance tester where on the visit day prototypes of a customer version were built and which soon will go to mass production.
